Public Sector Banks In India
Public Sector Banks (PSBs) are a major type of bank in India, where a majority stake (i.e. more than 50%) is held by the government.
There are a total of 12 Public Sector Banks in India :

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a recruitment body which recruits and helps in placement of young graduates in public sector banks in India.
